My story
Over the years, I have worn many hats – spanning strategy, business development, sales, and delivery. Each role brought unique challenges and opportunities, but the one constant that has helped me thrive has always been relationships. The human-to-human connection has been the anchor of my success, enabling me to build trust, create impact, and inspire teams to achieve more than they imagined possible.
This focus on relationships has shaped my journey across the globe working with clients and leading teams in the US, Australia, UK, India, and France. I have led teams of more than 20 people, built new functions from the ground up, and provided counselling and coaching that guided individuals and teams toward successful outcomes. In every setting, from boardrooms to workshops, I’ve seen that while technology is an enabler, it is genuine human connection that truly drives transformation and lasting success.
With I Am the Future, I feel it is now my time to give back. I want to help children build these essential skills early – resilience, empathy, communication, and leadership so they don’t reach adulthood and suddenly realise they’re missing the confidence or soft skills needed to succeed. By starting now, we ensure children are prepared not only academically, but also emotionally and socially. These human skills will sit at the core of their growth, giving them the confidence to express themselves, build meaningful relationships, and thrive in whichever path they choose.
